Galvanizing Kettle

- Our galvanizing kettle has dimensions of 13 meters long, 1.8 meters wide, and 3 meters deep. It is designed for hot- dip galvanizing, a process that coats materials with zinc to protect them from corrosion. With the capacity to produce 200 tons per day, it efficiently galvanizes large volumes of materials. This kettle plays a key role in ensuring that materials are properly coated, providing long-lasting protection against rust and wear.
Genset 250KVA
Description:
- Our company has two 250 kVA gensets, providing a total of 500 kVA of power. These gensets ensure a reliable power supply during outages or when extra power is needed. They keep our operations running smoothly and help maintain productivity by providing continuous electricity to our equipment.
Electrical & Instrumentation Panel

Overhead Crane

- We have 5 units overhead cranes Our overhead cranes can lift up to 10 tons (5x2 tons) and are used to move heavy materials around our workshop. The cranes run on overhead rails, making it easy to transport items across the space. With five cranes in the workshop, we can quickly and safely move heavy loads, improving efficiency and reducing manual labor. These cranes are key to handling large materials and keeping operations smooth.
